Better Sleep Starts Here.

Virtual sleep therapy to overcome sleep challenges
and achieve restorative rest.

Improve Your Sleep

If you are struggling with 1 or more of the following, we may be the sleep support you need.

  • Insomnia

  • Using your CPAP consistently

  • Nightmares

  • Irregular sleep schedules

Virtual Sleep Therapy

  • At Restore Sleep Health, we provide virtual sleep therapy for your specific sleep concerns.

In our one-on-one sessions, we will treat sleep disorders with evidence-based practices - in other words, abundant research shows that these treatments work.

Our Approach

We believe in a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment. Each individual’s experience is unique, and we work closely with everyone to develop personalized treatment plans that address their goals.

We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), PAP Desensitization, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Nightmares (CBT-N).

Unlike medications, which can be effective in the short-term but can lead to side effects, habituation, or drug interactions, our treatments apply education and behavioral strategies to equip you with the skills to achieve lasting improvements in your sleep.

Together, we can explore strategies that foster resilience, improve sleep, and promote long-term well-being.
